Some good, some bad. There is a generous holiday entitlement but it can be difficult to organise time off. Weeks just get allocated to you and it is very difficult to change them.
No real exposure to benefits package - intern role only includes base salary.

the royal mail benefits package is pretty good!! I cannot think of any bad points.
can get enrolled into pension, though pension not that great
Sick pay, childcare vouchers, bike to work scheme, pension scheme are pretty good comparing to other companies. Annual leave can be a bit tricky as you might or not get the time off that you want or need.
Has a Very Good Pension Scheme
