It's a good company to work and job culture is very good in this company. You can have fun at workplace and you can get R & D work also if you are really interested.

Well, dont joon the company on third party payroll as company will treat you as a slave.. Even on festival u will not get even a sweet and other employees who r parmanent will get gift

as i was on contract so there is no chance for elaborating anything about the benefits of the company
No transperancy in allocation of increments. Manager do not have right to change even a single rupee even for his direct team members. This is forced by senior management but employees are told different stories.
