Best benefits are the 401k matching, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, free Lunches. Worst is not getting enough company stock/RSUs
Interns do not have a specific benifits package but however are very very suppoertive in the matter of everything. work from home is a great option
Nothing to add about benefits
A couple fixed holidays are nonstandard, Martin Luther King Day and Veterans Day but not Presidents’ Day. Since vacation is plentiful that is not much of an issue.
Insurance is good. HSA Plan is good.
SAP has strong healthcare benefits with a variety of options. Medical, dental, vision, prescription, 401K, company match, stock plan, etc.

Now... I can't really compare to too many other companies since I have only worked here. But, when I speak with my friends. SAP has one of the best packages especially for a big company!
Starting with 15 vacation days + 5 personal days. After 3 years, it increases to 20 vacation days + 5 days. Free lunch, free on-site gym classes, fertility assistance.
If you work in Tempe Commercial Sales, Work from home is not an option unless you are sick.
