Its good for people who have a good repo with the management. They do provide insurance and there is holidays that are credited every month. Compensatory offs for working on holidays. Leave transfer policy. Mostly work life balance is good.
The company provides an attractive CTC for freshers but it doesn't include any bonuses for festivals or extra hard-work. Most employees are given an offer of a day-off if they work on holidays which they cannot avail because of the burden of the work.
As such there is no benefit package at all, they try to get least of the experience people and get the work done with them and hence the salaries are so low and thw work culture.is pathetic.
The company offered a good salary package, though the initial engagement was on a contract basis. Salary was at par with the industry standards for a fresher. There were perks and other benefits like Diwali Bonus, Quarterly Performance Bonus etc.
