Benefits are not worth the frustration of working in city government.
There wasn't really one for my position. It was all very informal so I can't really say much about benefits.

I’m her best thing is the insurance.. it’s one of the best if not the best benefits package in the whole state
Salt Lake City Corporation offers a generous benefits package. In addition the benefits listed in the survey, employees are offered complimentary UTA passes and GreenBike passes.
Amazing Vacation/Sick/Personal Leave. Dental Insurance premium is rather expensive. Health insurance premium is very low but it's a high deductible plan.
