Allows flexibility to manage professional and personal commitments. Good for project timelines in case team members are unable to commute due to temporary sickness or any other constraints. Just required reporting manager approval, no hassles.
previously unlimited WFH's. now 3 WFH per month. Post that manager approval is required.
Flexibility of work until you are performing
Best: You can take 4 WFH without prior approval. Worst: You won't have personal life, they ask you to take late night calls several times.
They are very flexible in this regard. If you are doing your work, they don't mind you taking work from home.
