The sales target figures are too far fetched and that too without the presence of enough stocks. If one does not exceed the target figure for a month then there is nothing except the puny salary in hand. Leave the excess achievement, its even impossible to meet the target figures sometimes considering the in-house brands quality and quantity as compared to the other brands. No health insurance, 15 days stretch (in one go) holidays in a year. 1 day off in a week. Working during Saturdays and Sundays compulsory. And no extra pay for mandatory extra hour work.
