I have recently joined in a product based company..work culture is horrible with unrealistic expectations..i have to work here more than 13 hrs daily..i joined as a java developer..manager telling everyone to work on holiday including Saturday and Sunday..i checked with my wife my wife told me that you are not able to handle the pressure it's a norm in it you get high package you have to work in weekend also..need suggestion...may be I am not good. 7.5 yr exp CTC :27lpa(25 fixed)

Is work pressure is always high in companies, I'm in a startup with a project with 3 front end developers 0-1 yr exp. we have to make LinkedIn, fb, Twitter integration post list, like, comment on a react native app under 1 month including ui. I'm still thinking if I'm a good or worse company. Can you guys help me to see the reality. They are mostly giving me react native projects and i want to work in web as it has better future and stability.

Is 15 LPA (INDIA) is better or 80K CAD ? Is it worth moving canada for 80k if getting atleast 1 LPM in hand for bachelor.
