‘Accrual is per pay check and is pretty low. After being there a few years, you can expect 4-5 hours per pay period.’
Great benefits. 100% paid high deductible medical plan with them contributing toward an HSA
Best: free and low cost health, dental, eye insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave. Worst: No 401k match, only 40 hours of sick time annually on an accrual basis, ok vacation time.
health insurance, 401k, vacation, and time off
Great health packages at low to no cost. Only downside is no 401k match.
Completely free health insurance, parental leave is excellent. Only negative thing is no 401(k) match.
Depending on which state you live in, you may not have a choice of insurance carriers. You get what you pay for. The $0 or $40 premium per pay period is cheap, but if you have any sort of chronic conditions, good luck having the insurance cover it. It's the worst health insurance I've had from any employer. My doctors hate it because they reimburse at the Medicaid rates and deny coverage for prescription medications. Their short-term and long-term disability policies are also a joke. The administrator they use makes sloppy errors, will not pay you even when they receive all the medical records, and HR acts like their hands are tied.
Unlimited PTO for salaried employees, good health and dental insurance
In ranked choice: 1) student loan contribution of $200/ month from SoFi directly to your loans (we also sell this product) 2) Maven healthcare for reproductive health and 3) pet insurance discounts
Decent health insurance, no 401k match
A lot of under qualified people in management positions. Honestly, try getting a job somewhere else. The products are all so average, maybe except for refinancing.
