‘Its good to join for Maternity & Paternity Leave. Every year 3 to 4 employee doing like this. Worked 6 month and take free salary 6 month. ’

There were no incentives provided as promised when you join or when you receive a hike letter yearly the VPP component was not met when it was actually give. MOreover, the incentive amount of a quarter were given at much later state of the year and that too not as promised
Employees are laid off with 50% pay cut..for notice period also. as a result employees has to loose the gratuity money.. for some it loss is couple of lakhs! one of the least pay IT company 0 or 2-% hikes
Work from home only manager can avail. That is not applicable for FTE employee. Leave only 12 in year. FTE employee only come to SAT, SUN and extra hours
If you choose to get deployed in a client location you will only get 125.00 per day, lesser than a coolie.
