Hi , In sopra steria India, recently the leadership has started tracking people for number of days they show up in office and whether they are compliant with hybrid work policy ( 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH) This is indirectly creating pressure on individuals. My hometown is in a different state and just to complete my WFO days, I have to stay in Noida ( I am new to Noida with no friends). I do miss my family and feel very lonely. How should I handle this situation? Can anyone advise?Sopra Steria
