Health insurance, paid sicks days and lots of holiday days. The worst - understaffed stores and high staff turnover

Has a partner share programme, but doesn't advertise it much to employees so many miss out on it

don't get paid for sick leave, so most people came into work sick, sneezing, coughing, even vomiting everywhere and having to stay at work because the company couldn't care less.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Barista - Starbucks in London, England

Free coffee, a lot of opportunities to improve as a barista, regular courses for development. However, there is a lot of hierarchy and people who had higher positions were rude usually. Also, since I studied at university, I could not be as flexible as others - would not recommend working there in this case.

The best thing about working at Starbucks is obviously during shifts you can have free coffee. Obviously depending on if it's a franchise you'd get 30% off or on duty. If it's not a franchise then 50%
