The team is very understanding, they have increased the salary of newly hired people. They just need to work on making the culture of the team better.

I am not sure as I wasn't a permanent employee but the insurance policy didn't seem to be that great. The health coverage was good but there were no benefits based on performance and stuff
Best thing is high pay. Medical cover is there. Phone reimbursement, Automobile reimbursement etc are there
