Best thing was they gave a good decent raise but the problem was that the basic pay was not increased substantially...Rest hra and special allowance were increased more.
Nothing to specify, everything is good as of now. The number of leaves are quite good which includes sick leaves and casual leaves. You also get birthday perks and various other perks.
