You get 12 sick leaves per year and it gets credited part by part on a quarterly basis. number of sick leaves is not enough. HR is not supportive of the employees.
Even though you're sick or in any emergency situation, they will call you to work
I have taken 15 days leave and it is well compensated with the sick leave structure

The sick leaves were approved but I don't remember I used it other than Casual Leaves so not sure
Sick leave gets accumulated 0.5 days each month. Maternity leave is for 6 months. If you take more than three days you have to get the doctors certificate.
