At par with candidate's experience and caliber
The company had free snacks for employees every day and had flexible timing as well. every month end, there used to be celebrations so that employees could let off steam. On the other hand, team managers weren't very supportive and at times have unrealistic expectations. But overall, its a good learning curve as the environment is competitive.
Worst company to work with.
There are free snacks in the name of perks and benefits, Nothing else No PF option as well.,
The worst thing about the benefits package at Sutra HR is that they don't pay incentives on time. HR & CEO get together to find out ways to not give you incentives or not pay them less. When joining, they promise big things but all that is really lies. Also, there are no free snacks given!
There are no benefits at Sutra. All are lies that they put on their Facebook to attract people but there are no incentives. They promise 'learning' as benefit but actually they make you do other work then what was promised.
Incentives are superb and rewarding after all the hardwork and gripping pressure. Salaries are as per industry and capability standards.
There are no real benefits at Sutra HR. Free snacks are nothing but unhygienic food given by cheaply procured street vendors. There are no holidays and the mgmt cuts salary for leaves.
Benefits like incentives are promised during interview but are never given since hr teams block your commissions saying cashflow issues.
Nothing really! Incentives are never ever paid on time. The advertised snacks are really low quality compared to what you get in other SMBs.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
