I believe mgmt worked hard to have competitive benefits packages for their employees.
very good health and dental benefits. 401k used to be decent but now very good.
Paternity Leave may offer. Suzlon offers decent benefits.

Good benefits package but moving from full employer funding to employee participation
At the time, the company paid for all of your health insurance so no deduction from your check. It was a nice benefit.
All employees start off at 15 PTO days per year, then get a bump to 20 after 1 year of employment. 401(k) starts after 6 months and the company kicks in 3% of your base salary whether you contribute or not. Health, dental, and vision are fantastic; employer-covered premiums for all employees. Adding dependents is cheap -- a family plan is only $53 for an employee to add on a spouse and unlimited kids.
no bonus, not a good raise even though you may have got good grades in your annual review.
Not a bad company to work for, pay is pretty good and benefits are awesome
