Salary is very low no increase basic pay for 5 years only get incentives this reflects very bad when ypu go to other interviews for hike
best thing is that there is many benefits to make people feel they are valued.
The meal coupons and the transport facility is the best
The infrastructure of Synchrony is the best. They treat employees very fairly, each and every head is helpful. The only drawback is the salary.

You only get limited leaves in a year, (Very limited the least I've seen in any Organization). All you requirements go from these. Be it sick, vacation, emergency etc. Bonus is a part of CTC ( never heard of that again anywhere else). Even if the company gives you a SIte Off you have to work on another day to compensate that day. Doesn't make sense, because no-one asked for the Off. Compensation is less, or they attract with huge packages and reduce once they get the number of people required.
Health insurance is good, but the claim process is time taking. Gym membership reimbursement is upto 50% of the bill paid,max of 6000/- per head per year. There is nothing like a pension plan. You get 2 privileged leaves in a working month.
