Hi, I have been a part of this organization for more than 5years now so just sharing my review. Synechron is a very good company to work in, its a fast growing company in a competitive market. Apart from the salary/compensation that Synechron provides, there are many other things that Synechron offers. Synechron cares for its employees & has been known for its various activities & efforts it puts for its employees. There is a wide range of benefits that this company provides, which surely helps you personally, professionally & financially. I cant list down the entire benefits but would atleast talk about the employee care activities that Synechron is doing currently (current 2 months). 1. Synechron provided named Sippers (bottles) to all its billable employees (account specific). 2. We have a FREE medical check up offered by Synechron at our work location. Where most of the basic test are covered. 3. We have a Townhall with the higher management followed by food & beverages in renowed location in Koregaon Park next week. So looking at this, one can understand that within a year how many other benefits Synechron provided to its employees. Very happy to work in this company.
