Hi Fishes, Please advise where to join. @Synechron (Client - Citi bank) - 23 LPA + 1L JB @FIS (WorldPay project) - 24 LPA + 1L JB @HCL (eCommerce product) - 29 LPA (Including Variables and Insurance) @CGI - offer in pipeline Is there a job security, WLB in Synechron? FIS is good but they don't work in Spring for that particular project. Thanks

Current CTC- 10LPA Synechron offer-25.61 LPA Xoriant-26 LPA Odessa-31 LPA +5 lakh Joining bonus. Technologies I am getting in synechron is Angular, dotnet core, Azure, SQL server In Xoriant - need to give client interview once join them so it can be anything as of now. Odessa- mvc.net, jQuery, SQL server, might get chance on Azure.
Hi Fishes, I am having 2.7 YOE and tech stack - Talend ETL . I am holding an offer from Deloitte as well as Synechron. Deloitte is ready to give 12 LPA and Synechron is giving 15 LPA. Worst part of Synechron, Got to know on last working day is they don't do encashment of leaves post notice. I had 27 remaining leaves. I did not get a single penny.
