u dont recieve any packages, untill u adjust the management. they change the rules when ever they wont . they change the topic as they want. very bad company in matter of benefits
The salary structure is weird. Don't be fooled by the high CTC. They include shift allowance(2500) + A huge Variable along with your CTC unlike other company's. Ultimately you don't get peanuts but lentils.
