Too much to type. Common benefits being provided to employee. Best things that they are providing 1.3 casual leave and 1.3 sick leave. The worst part is the casual leave gets expired every month.

Deductions from base salary were nominal and thus benefit of more takehome salary.
The amount of paid leaves and the option of it getting carried over to next month need to be improved since the current system is the leaves getting elapsed at month end and if we don't have any possibility of taking a planned leave based on the business commitments, that paid leave gets elapsed.
The best thing you will get a chance to work with good MNC companies like Microsoft. Worst thing compensation was not good for me.
