In addition to 90 calendar days of paid Maternity, our female Associates can take an additional days of continous paid leave in the event of any illness arising out of pregnancy, deliver or premature birth of child.
In order to assist a woman Associate to take care of her new born, she is also entitled to aditional leave post her maternity leave.
In the unfortunate event of a miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, female of fully paid child adoption leave to its female Associates to support Associates who opt for child adoption.
One week of paid paternity leave is extended to all new fathers and this leave can be availed not just at the time of child birth but also in the case of adoption of a child since child adoption is a crucial phase of life, that demands time and attention from the new father.

They give paternity and Maternity leaves which is really good. The time can yet be extended for Paternity leave which is slightly less i.e. 10 days.

U can have maternity of approx 1 months and paternity leave for 1 week . you have to apply early for that and that your manager will approve it .
