    This company is one the best company to work with and it provides health insurance , accidental insurance and all the leaves like sick leave, earned leaves paid leaves every month and there are several incentives as well so the employee can earn more money.

    Non ac cabs in mid summer. Pool & snooker but you’ll have to pay. Management who will never listen !

    i've alot to say about this company. They did joke with me. firstly they hired me and in the pre-process training . they kicked me out. although i've spent 8 days in this company . but at the end i ain't got nothing.. I'm very pissed off from company's policies. My Question is. when they hire the candidates. so what do they check ? just sit and watch out him/her ? So here's story which i've gone through .. I've gone through interview process.. The first round with HR ( Should I write her/him name ? ) So she checked my communications skill and technical skills.. after clearing this round she referred me for second round .. that is called VNA round.. This round i had also cleared with interviewer over the call then after that. i had conversation with manager more than 50 mins . after that manager decided to meet me at venue for the F2F round. next day i had gone to company and we had long healthy conversation in final round so far.. there were two manager who were sitting in front of me .. interview went well so far and i was selected..then they gave me offer letter joining date was on Feb-18th-2019.. then after that i went to venue on feb-18th-2019. as i looked there that there was long queue and candidates were standing in the queue and waiting for their turn. so i followed same. and i waited on the door more than 1.30 hrs. my reporting time was at 13:00 o clock. but i entered in the company at 15:00 .. Is this Tele-performance's management ? After that Documented round gone through till at 23:00 Next day they started pre_ process training.. during this training i had gone through many session likewise . Induction round,Transport round,Admin round Payroll round and verification & compliance round and so on.. ..but in training i had been kicked out due to my English.. so here's my question if my English is week so what did you judge me in interview round ? .. as we know there were three rounds. even I had cleared VNA round. probably Managers haven't ability to check the candidates ? so why are they here for then ? Moreover their policy say that. If “you’re leaving the company before six months. Or you’ll be asked for leave there’s certain amount (7000)will be deducted from your Final settlement. So at the end what did i get ? nothing. In fact I was not using cab facility either. This is hilarious i’ll never refer anybody for this company
