Flexible and there is no issue in geting vacation , maternity leaves and paid time offs for public holiday work
Pros - In addition to standard sick/casual leaves, additional vacation is available which is carry forwarded. Cons - Managers discourage use of vacation.

There are no vacations as such but there are casual leaves that one can take. There are about 22 leaves per year that the employees are entitled for
Nothing at all given to employees... there is no compensation or benefit plans other than salary
Good number of leaves putting priviledge leaves and casual leaves together
you cant get more than a week
