Not a very attractive package. Disparities within the organization around pay pakcage. No proper structure of pay hikes and bonuses. People with more experience are not given any advantage.
Gives us health insurance but no bonuses, gifts or any other perks. We get dinner reimbursement of 200/-if you stay past 10 hours in the office. We have to pay for the cabs from our own pocket. Great Timings and option for Work from home for all positions except Analysts
