The main benefits provided by Thomas Cook are discounts on own branded holidays. The amount you receive is dependent on how long you have been with the business. This used to be a percentage discount and for those who had been with the business for a long time this was really worthwhile. Now with the monetary value discount, sometime you are able to find a more suitable holiday at a better price looking elsewhere. There is sometimes the opportunity to book heavily discounted holidays and these are highlighted to staff via internal communications.
