Work culture is transparent. The work-life balance is very good there. Company is operational in nordics region, so team members are multicultural and sync up is good during day only.
Best in medical insurance . Worst is the yearly hikes
managers are biased. good work life balance if manager supports you. good options for income tax.
Lot of options to legally save tax, and the only good thing is they provide decent pay package with opportunity for long-term onsite travel.
