‘It depends on the manager. If he thinks it is important for people to "see" you in the office physically, he will not let you work from home’
‘I only know that they provide 6 months maternity leave and 10 days paternity leave’
Work culture of this company is very good , you can approach any of core team members any time for any issue.
Worst is you are always treated well if you massage your managers ego otherwise you can go to hell he doesn't mind.
Work from home flexibility depends on the manager. Even if you are working in an individual contributor role, if your manager is backward then he can cap the number of days you can work from home in a month. The work hours are logged and monitored - depending on the manager
Best part is the on time salary Worst is the low package they offer you and work from home facility is just for show off. They don't allow that in actual and if they do then with the hell lot of struggle and lots of excuses they make to cancel.
All is good it is a good experience
There are good incentives available apart from fixed salary. Also there are few other perks in which we can also opt for the services without bearing the commission part.
work from home and health care
Nothing as such, no benefits.
Dont ever join this company, i joined as sales executive. Every one from my team who were asked to leave the company get their full salary and i got dengue and asked for leave they didn't provide me and when i gave my resignation they gave me 650rs as my salary, dont work there, they will also put pressure on you and they use abbusive languages in the company.
very friendly work environment. Have access to the terrace and so many items for gaming. have their own library for the employee.
