Very good health, life, and disability benefits. % free meals per week in the cafeteria
Some really great benefits for a small company.
Premium benefits for medical and dental
The benefits that UAT offers are incredible, far better than anywhere else I've worked previously. From top-notch health insurance, 401K benefits and ample vacation time, UAT makes it clear that it values its employees.
UAT offers a free health insurance option, which I haven't seen at any other company before. They have great benefits offered overall and I especially enjoy the 401k match.
Benefits perks are extensive, including reduced tuition for full-time employees.
Great health benefits. Good vacation and holiday time. . Other perks: free meal 1 x per day in cafe, tuition reimbursement program.
No vacation at all for faculty due to work load. Faculty spend all time off and weekends grading and preparing lessons. I went 5 years without a vacation and became exhausted with the workload.
We have a lot of vacation time, great medical plan with reimbursement for our deductible and free meals in the cafe! The worst thing about the benefits package is that it hasn't changed in years, the 401k match has gone down and the days off are good once you have worked here several years.
UAT pays the entire employee premium on medical and then a portion of spouse, children and family medical plans. They have a $5000 life and ADD policy on all full time employees. In addition they match .10/20% on 401K. University employees also receive 5 free meals a week in the cafe. First year employees have 6 days personal time and 6 days vacation. 2-4 years employees have 6 days personal and 12 days vacation. 5 plus year employees have 6 days personal and 15 days vacation.
