‘They offer "unlimited PTO", but it's definitely a very bad policy for employees. You will take a lot less PTO days because it would be very tricky to get the PTO approval from managers. I was only able to take about a week of time off per year, and it wasn't even easy to get an approval.’
Very good benefits for employees
All great benefits that are better than other companies I've been at.
UJET offers unlimited PTO but it's a very bad policy for employees. With the unlimited PTO policy, people tend to take a lot less time off overall, compared to traditional vacation policies, because it would be very tricky to get the PTO approval from managers. Unlimited PTO policy is NOT good for employees.

UJET offers "unlimited PTO" , but I think it's very bad policy for most employees. Employees with the unlimited PTO policy take a lot less PTO days than most other companies with traditional PTO policy, because it would be very tricky to get PTO approval from the managers. I do not like the unlimited PTO policy that UJET offers.
