There is not hidden cuts in package. 10% of gross pay is paid out as variable pay. But you almost get full of the variable pay, But this year due to corona , dont know how it is going to be?
Leave policies are worst. There are no casual leaves. Even sick leaves will be lapsed next year. Cannot have more than 30 earned leaves. Extra earned leaves will be lapsed.
Financial benefits are pretty average. Salary and variable pay are okay (not bad, not great either). Most such benefits are equally average. The health insurance is very good
Not worth joining if you have options
