The benefits are great. Options to take all the coverage or take just what you need. You can A-LA-CART what you want. The only down side is it is expensive to cover the entire family; but then again it is expensive every where.
None at all. No pto til after a year, no medical offered, and never receive bonus
after 364 days of employment you can FINALLY get Paid vacation time off. But only 5 days and you have to be full time.

They are available. Better then nothing.
401 k cause the owner will match
very high cost for family insurence
ESOP = Every full-time employee is awrded shares in the company after 2nd full year
Company pays part of the Employee's Health Insurance
ESOP & 401K Matching. Health insurance is good for employee only. Adding Dependants or a spouse is unaffordable.
