Comprehensive benefits, covers most of what you would expect
Time off is great and 401k is only matched after a year of joining
Great family leave benefit. Health insurance plans are expensive but a lot of options.
Expensive health plan options, coverage sub par, especially considering it is a UHC plan for its own employees.

Generous time off. Health benefits could be better and more cost effective as employees are working for a healthcare company. I have clients with better medical packages.
