UHG do have WFH but its all depend on manager some manager can give you flexibility to do work from anywhere but some are stubborn they wont allow you

you can do WFH in case of urgency

they provide WFH option when ask or work for.

WFH are given after approval from manager. 3 WFHs per month are approved with valid reason based upon team requirements.
