Very good perks and employee benefits
Right place to work .......
They provide 20L health insurance with a top-up and also provide accidental and term insurance. Apart from this quarterly allowance is also given.

Vmware provides Good perks and benefits
RSUs, base salary and other employee benefits are great.
Perks: - RSU - ESOP (Withdrawn after Broadcom acquisition announcement) Insurance: - Default 5 lakhs - Top-up by paying extra max up to 15 Lakhs(by paying extra ) Holidays - 15 Annual leaves - 5 casual - 15 sick leaves - 2 weeks respite after completing 12 years - 4 weeks respite after completing 16 years
Best : Awesome work life experience. Great people to work with. Nice opportunities . Not Good : Lunch is not free . Less food options in pantry
