The company have maintained a balanced approach when it comes to the benefits offered to its employees, it is better than a lot of companies and like always there is always room for improvement but I feel like they are flexible in their approach towards benefits for employees
Previously was a paymaster but Indian management now is focusing on reducing compensation

Salary is above the market but company culture locally is not conducive for growth
package is good in vestas, only thing that bothers is if a candidate is coming to vestas, he need to negotiate and come, later there will no increment in the company
