As a fresher I won't suggest this company it may take you long period to achieve great heights Compared with normal IT company the perks are ok but when a fresher came from top tier universities they won't be satisfied with the hike it's very very less. Women get benefited in all the ways. Best place for women. It's completely dependent on the project they assign the fresher but most of the jobs are operation based which are boring repetitive. IJP are tough need reference to shift. I recommend to join this as experienced professional not as fresher.
