good but not good benefit package

Good PTO/sick time off- 4 float days a year. 401k match is great! Tuition reimbursement
Very high deductible plan. Trying to get the TPA, Continental Benefits to respond to physicians in a timely manor is impossible. So many things take forever and end of not being covered. Multiple hurdles on medical coverage of the basics with Aetna. Multiple issues with the mail pharmacy, which we own. It is embarrassing! They act like a few cupcakes and holiday meals should make up for the lack of real benefits.
They used to have a lot of company events, 401k is decent, vision and dental is good but their medical insurance is horrible because it is ran by group that the previous owner made and they have no idea how anything works. All preventative care is always excluded and they say it is the providers fault.
