White oval technologies is a fraudulent company that does not care about its employees at the least. Salaries were never on time and were always delayed by a minimum of one month to nearly five months. They always have excuses to the same and would even blame you for their faults. And if you plan to resign they won't pay your pending salary. I know many former employees who were fired or resigned without salary and experience certificate. If you are looking for a good company with better atmosphere please find another one. Even if you choose to start your career with a small company, don't choose this one. You will be wasting your career and time. It took me 1.5 years to realise the same. If I'm not convincing enough, you may ask any present or former employee of the White Oval Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
