Great medical and retirement benefits and PTO benefits.
If you are a single person without any dependents, then I would consider the healthcare to be satisfactory with room for improvements. For everyone else outside this category, it is expensive. Williams is slowly transitioning off of its pension plan, but has an amazing 401k plan. The organization has a decent work-life balance. However, some offices are more regimented and old school than others.
Williams is eliminating the pension, and only offers 401k
Great full benefits package!! Each year the benefit department does a roadshow to explain benefits to all employees and you able to ask questions.
Most benefits are standard. Just eliminated the one thing that distinguished the company - the paid pension.
While i was employed at Williams they offered both 401k and pension.
best thing is the amount of time off accrual, the bad is that its use it or lose it every year. no sick time, have to use pto
Competitive benefits package with top of industry. 401k marching, charitable gift matching, HSA contribution, and great starting vacation rate.
The benefits package is good overall!
They pay all the staff on time and never cheat us of our benefit.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
