Benefits on package are not so good. Its good for freshers. But it is not good for long term working due to slow growth.
The benefits was good at this company as providing food coupons as sodexo and health Insurance for self and family. Transport allowance was not given and no proper management for transport of employees.
there is no issue in provided salary but the growth rate in company is low as compared to other it companies.
Things are very much flexible in WTW , nothing as such worse part i have come across
