Best Thing: 15k per year reserved for any kind medical or treatment apart from Medical Insurance. If you are in free pool, you can easily enjoy 5-6 months by rejecting the projects and doing nothing. Worst thing: Looks nobody really concern for employee growth. A fake lollypop promise is given and later on manager have nothing to say other than an illogical excuse. There are huge number people senior management who do nothing other pressurising real workforce and enjoy all financial perks. Real workforce like Developer, QA... are treated as labour. Client are treated more than god.
