Hello fishes, i joined a small IT company after graduation, did 3 months training+2 bench and absconded since there wasn't many chances of getting a project(PF records present) After that i joined a MNC as a fresher.(4.2 exp) Recently, in one BGV of another new company i got issues for not mentioning first company which i absconded. Should I get in touch with first company for settlement & relieving letter? I am afraid they will contact Wipro (current company), What are the chances?
