Offer incentive, lunch every saturday, snacks two time per day with all good policies and good leaves
There's nothing best to be mentioned of. The worst may be even if you have enough leave you won't be given any even though there is no work load and if you plan for unpaid/sick leave they might also give you a warning or when times are bad they might even fire you.
Dont join the company whatsoever may the reason be....
The best part is salary and the worst part is its a hiring and firing company.
You dont get sufficient holidays when you require. The paid holidays that you get depends on the work load. So obviously if there is work load in your department, no holiday approved. For unpaid leaves, if the count is more in a year, you will have a frequent meetings with management and HR
Huge bonuses/incentives when it comes to money but it will take you in another direction which makes your life hell
The good thing about XL is salary and compensation, learning outcome. Worst is strict rule
This company is a servicer of US based mortgage company. This is a worst company I worked in my life. I recommend every one no to join the company. Any day you can be terminated for a small reason.
pay is good and monthly compensations are also good.
Nothing was good about them. At least I don't remember. training was poor and finally due to lack of proper training I had to leave the job and I didn't get any benifits
