Performance based Incentives are great
The only good thing about this company is payment, other than there are no other good things.
Fixed is very less and variable is easily deducted. Appraisal is not annual, it is performance based
No complaints other than long working hours
They pay a good salary but they also cut a huge amount from your salary every month but they don't pay ack it
There's nothing best to be mentioned of. The worst may be even if you have enough leave you won't be given any even though there is no work load and if you plan for unpaid/sick leave they might also give you a warning or when times are bad they might even fire you.
Offer incentive, lunch every saturday, snacks two time per day with all good policies and good leaves
Dont join the company whatsoever may the reason be....

You dont get sufficient holidays when you require. The paid holidays that you get depends on the work load. So obviously if there is work load in your department, no holiday approved. For unpaid leaves, if the count is more in a year, you will have a frequent meetings with management and HR
