The benefits package were top notch and very affordable for the whole family.
No consistent annual bonus payout. Do not depend on bonuses, nor should you believe ZTE's bonus program. Lots of lies and false promises given to employees during the hiring process.
Easy to sign up for and adjust benefits
Company heavily subsidizes premiums, employees contribute smaller amount for GOOD coverage compared to other companies. No increases in employee contribution last couple of years.
