Company offers an extremely autonomous environment. Several things stand out including flat teams, frequent reassignments, no notice period (!) and in general a culture around trust. Company offers a SIX month parental leave. Mostly a very engineering focussed work culture.
The package they even offer to a fresher is really good and once you survive one year in the company you get a good hike, depend on your tl and manager
