I worked as an delivery partner for zomato the worst part is, 1.they own the company still collect excuses money for false reason saying activation charges and give us 2 t-shirt and one bag with lots of condition it's like we pay for there marketing 2. For there app we need to give our mobile IMEI number if u ask reason they say it is for tracking if ask little more technical they wont give proper reason and start shouting at as ( when we downlad the app we can give permissions for geo location and trace us like almost all the company in world do) but they can track us and also many more info can be extracted from our mobile if we give our IMEI number with signed declaration copy which they dont give time to read that also Its privacy issue even if we are offile they can trace or track us any time they want and that is not so good 3. Even if u accept there condition and start work whenever you can not use other mobile if you want then you have cost office and give that mobile number IMEI number as well. ( MY SUGGESTION rather than taking our mobile info and privacy why cant give company there own mobile to work with there app so that we cant use in other device as well that would be better option ) 4. They collect tips In online payment they never give 5. Starting is like smooth then after a week you are no needed and they have concern on new comers who has joined even if u have any issue they just wont allow to speak or solve it I think it's a big complaint what I written that's all for now lots of small issue have big impact on low level employee which big company never bother to look at it and this company is like that

Best thing is aall facilities needed is provided bu the company no issue as per the company policy good to work with every year new benefits added
