For a developing company they pay attention to what makes people happy.
Zomato has all the "need to have" benefits for its employees. Recently though there is a shift in thought process and lot of good to have policies are being explored.
Incentives are good in this company but company's application not good
One thing I really want to see the organization to aim for is 'employee's mental health'. Regular programs, activities, and sessions that help us (even the top leaders) take a back seat and unwind.
Company recently revised many of the people policies. They no longer work Saturdays and have increased the amount of leave for staff. Company is working very hard on its people policies.
