‘You can take a sick leave or any leave without any approval from anyone , just apply through your portal and the leaves are automatically approved’
‘They give a limited amount or a card which you can use at the cafeteria or the canteen to buy lunch or the items that you need’
not many benefits. nothing much related to salary unless youre in sales. but they are not very strict about their leaves policy
The benefits at Zomato are extremely limited

Food at the cafeteria-breakfast, evening snack, lunch and dinner.
At times, you get stock options which reap long term benefit.

Zomato doesn't offer much / any benefits :(
best nothing as such worst everything about long working hours, not employee friendly , pathetic food , pathetic transport most important dumb and deaf management
Holidays and time offs are given subject to the workload at the moment. Compensation is low and could be improved.
Flexible time off - if you want/ need a few days off (obviously not an unreasonable number), you can get that.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
