Our inbound job application rate has tripled (3x) since we announced period leaves. All of this increase is driven by women applicants. For Zomato, it’s the 3x number that’s important. We are indifferent to whether this increase comes from men or women. We now have way more great talent coming our way. Men and women are biologically different – they cannot be identical to each other. However, at least at Zomato, both are equal in value delivered towards the growth of the company. #EqualNotIdentical #Zomato #Periodleave
